You are formally invited to participate in the inaugural year of the student project conference, "Seeds of Change: Igniting Student Action for Sustainable Communities." The conference will take place at Chatham University's Eden Hall Campus in Gibsonia, PA on Tuesday, March 7th, 2017 from 10am - 1:30pm. We invite your school or district to send up to 2 project teams (1 team guaranteed, 2 based on conference interest and space) of 2-5 students per team to share their work on an ongoing or current project of theirs that is helping to make their school or community more sustainable.

For more information and to register your project team(s) please follow this link: registration deadline has been extended to Monday, February 20th, 2017.

We hope to bring 15-20 schools, about 100 students and sustainability professionals together from across the region to network and share their stories. If you are interested in this conference but are not prepared with current projects in the works to participate this year, please let us know and we will be happy to engage with you as you structure sustainability PBL opportunities for your students to participate next year. Eden Hall’s year-round K-12 programming can be found online:

Hope to see your students on March 7th! Please contact me at or the number below if you have any questions.
